THE LGBTQ+ FITNESS COMMUNITY IN LONDON

TheWeekending started in the summer of 2018 and has rapidly become a strong community with a Saturday weekly training class based on a proprietary style of training which combines strength and endurance. The idea behind TheWeekending was to provide the London LGBTQ+ public and friends with a fitness oriented, healthy choice of getting together for the leisure-time and it worked, it really worked! Our workouts are tough and we try our best to exceed our fitness boundaries, but we never forget having fun!

Due to recent development on the Coronavirus front, The Weekending gym and park classes are temporarily suspended to preserve the health and security of our community.

We are holding open Instagram workouts 3 times a week. A mix of HIIT and strength exercises to help you stay fit and mentally healthy while facing this unprecedented pandemic. Follow us on Instagram and train with the community.
